Important Dates for the 2023-24 Fall/Winter Season

August 21st: Registration Opens
September 11th: Registration Closes (Late registrations incur a $50 WMBA late fee)
Community Club teams will start practices in early October as soon as school permits are available. The goal is to have teams practicing before the first league games.
October 28/29th: Regular Season Games Start
December 22nd - Jan 2nd: Holiday Break (Teams will be assigned to new divisions based on 1st half performance and 2nd half schedule will be released)
January 6th/7th, 2024: Games Resume for the second half of the season
February 17th/18th, 2024: Family Day Weekend - NO GAMES
March 2nd/3rd, 2024: Last Regular Season Games
March 9th/10th and March 16th/17th, 2024: WMBA Playoffs/Championships

Game Formats:

The game formats for each age group will remain the same as the past Fall/Winter seasons:

Age 7-8 (Co-ed): 3v3 Cross Court Games on Saturdays
Age 9-10: 4v4 Cross Court Games on Saturdays
Age 11-12: 5v5 Full Court Games on Saturdays
Age 13-18: 5v5 Full Court Games on Sunday

*Ages 7-10 will play a total of 17 non-scoring games, while ages 11-18 will play 16 regular season games and 2 playoff games.
