Located at 1188 Dakota Street in Winnipeg, our social hall has a capacity for 321 adults (18 and over only).

The rental fee is $1,200 + GST for either the main floor hall and the 2nd floor (accessible) rental.

The rental fee includes the following:

• 2 bartenders.
• Corkage (pop, ice, glasses, juice pitchers).
• The renter supplies all juices and coffee.
• Set up and take down of tables & chairs.
• Clean up (wipe down of tabletops and mopping of floors).
• 2 security person.
• Social tickets provided.

Bookings

A $400.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book the hall and hold the date, in addition a $300.00 post-dated cheque for the day of the function is to be left at booking.  This $300.00 cheque is to serve as a damage deposit.  Should no damage occur, the $300.00 cheque is destroyed. The balance of $850.00 is due the week of the social.  Payment is made at the office Monday-Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm.

Additional Information

The following are the responsibility of the booking party:

• Any food & service of food
• Cooking trays, utensils, platters, dishes, etc.
• All condiments, juices, beverages (other than pop)
• Liquor license & liquor
• Silent auction prizes
• Decorating
• Covering of tables ( if used covering for 35 tables; including silent auction & greeting table)
• Cash boxes
• Music service

Food & liquor can be delivered anytime throughout the day of the function; however due to sport schedules, the booking party may only access the gym for decorating at 3:00 PM.  A 100-cup coffee urn is available for use, however the booking party must provide the coffee.
