General Information For Spring
Break Hockey Camps
Payments:
Visa,
MasterCard, Interac, cash, cheques
or money orders must
accompany application forms with
payment in full. Payments accepted in
person, by mail or fax.
Registration forms with payment in
full will be accepted on a first
come-first serve basis. No
confirmations will be
delivered. Camp
confirmations can be printed from
the web site. Please make all cheques or
money orders payable to the Dakota
Community Centre and send to:

Refunds:
Will be given upon
cancellation two weeks prior to
course commencement. 10% administration fee may
apply. Please include your
camp/confirmation receipt for all
refunds.
First
Day Procedures: All
programs require first day
procedures involving room
assignments, name tags, etc.
Therefore, students who
have registered are encouraged to
arrive at the Dakota Community
Centre approx. 40 minutes before
their first session. Students
can register on
the first day, however, to avoid any
disappointment, register early as
enrolment is limited.
Coaches:
Head
Coach, Billy Keane.
N.C.C.P. Advanced Level 2, 18 years as a
full time hockey development
professional. All
on ice instruction includes
students being grouped by age and
ability with a student/instructor
ratio of 6:1 or less. ENROLMENT IS LIMITED.
REGISTER EARLY. FIRST COME-FIRST
SERVE. Instructors are all
qualified hockey instructors
chosen and trained by Billy Keane.
Our staff members will be chosen
on the basis of their hockey,
skating and physical fitness
knowledge, as well as, their ability
to communicate,
their enthusiasm and their
desire to see their students
achieve success while HAVING FUN!
What
To Bring: All
students must provide their own
complete set of equipment and
water bottles. Price includes an attractive Dakota
Community Centre practice jersey
provided to everyone on the first
day.
Medical Insurance:
Each student must have their own
health & accident insurance
