committed athletes looking for an
Optimal Training experience need
to look no further. The Optimal
Training Academy will provide
"AA, AAA" Bantam &
Midget, high school, junior,
college, and pro athletes with
specific training strategies
on-ice (hockey) and off-ice
(basketball, volleyball, football,
etc.).
Individually
designed programs to increase
strength, speed and endurance.
The integration of increased
strength, speed and endurance to
game-like conditions makes the
Optimal Training Academy
the key to attaining your goals.
Dry land training is $250.00 per month.
Optimal Training sessions run
evenings and weekends from May
through August (approx. 4 workouts
per week) with Head Coach Terry
Hadlow.
Hockey
players can add an on-ice
component to their dryland
training. You may also
select the on-ice training by
itself.
Skaters
and goaltenders will have 16
Optimal Training sessions on-ice
with Head Coach Billy Keane and
Head Goaltending Coach Matt
Cockell. Ice times are evening and weekends
May through August (1 per week).
On-ice
training is $200.00 per month.
Combine
both dryland and on-ice training
for $450.00 per month
or $1,600.00 for 4
months; save $200.00.
(1 - $800.00 payment with
1-$800.00 post-dated required upon
registration)
The
fall and winter session consists
of 3 strength-building
workouts per week with off-ice
head coach Terry Hadlow.
Workout days are tentatively
scheduled for Tuesday, Thursday,
and Saturday.
Program costs: $150.00 per month (October
to March).
