Team Dryland Training Packages:
October-March
The OTA provides teams a chance to participate in dryland training together, and push each other.
- sign up in 10 block sessions.
- 1 dryland session per week.
- Focus on core body strength, foot speed and power.
- Scheduled to accommodate teams.
- Cost: $90/player – 10 sessions.
This program is a toned down yet challenging version of the youth OTA program.
Adults will improve upon all aspects of their fitness including:
strength, flexibility, muscle endurance, cardio and nutrition.
Come sweat with other members of your peer group in a very motivating and positive environment!
